Brighter Futures Clinic offers a range of therapeutic services, including psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, counselling, and group programs. We provide services both in-person at our clinic, off-site across various locations, and remotely via telehealth when appropriate.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments can be made by contacting our clinic directly via phone or email. When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Fees and Payments
Fees for our services are available upon request and may vary depending on the specific service provided. Payment is due at the time of session completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment. In some cases, Medicare or private health insurance rebates may be available.
